Rationale
Venue managers for equestrian facilities often desire to have their footings material evaluated. However, there is a lack of consistency in test methods between labs especially between agronomic-type labs and engineering-highway labs. This practice purports to define the test methods which should be used in evaluating soil material for equine surface footings.
